Mr. Lombardi, you are a highly experienced Real Estate Agent and have been present for many years with your agency in the very prestigious Chiaia area of Naples. Can you tell us thanks to whom your passion for this activity was born?
In September 1987, when I approached the world of real estate brokerage, or that of real estate agencies, I came from a more "rustic" system of interpreting the world of the broker. However, I soon realized that only the demonstration of professional ability and reliability could break down the distrust of those who then turned to brokerage. There was therefore a need to take on a role that rewarded beyond one's abilities, a corporate image of great renown. At the time, joining the Grimaldi group was a new approach for me to consider this work, an organization and a synchrony of actions that replaced the improvisation I had up to that moment.
You have known the Grimaldi family for several years and in 2022 you decided to join the L' immobiliare.com network, also renewing the image of your agency. What prompted you to make this choice?
Surely the awareness that training and character harmony between people and the company was of great importance to me. This harmony was created in the past years with the historic members of the Grimaldi family; the elegance, grace of action that distinguished the brand and the coat of arms created with the preparation, professionalism and reliability of the operators are a great added value. Could you briefly tell us about the current real estate market in Naples and the forecasts for the next semester 2023?
The real estate market has always required preparation and reliability from the operators who are part of it, not a frantic run-up to the new and sometimes improbable acquisition, or the foresight of the deal of the century.
